Sweet potatoes are an excellent source of vitamin A (in the form of beta-carotene). They are also a very good source of vitamin C, manganese, copper, pantothenic acid and vitamin B6. Additionally, they are a good source of potassium, dietary finer, niacin, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and phosphorus. Nutrition fact, only 86 calories for 100 g of sweet potato,  0,1% total fat, 0% cholesterol.

Rosemary Garlic Potatoes

Preparation time: 10 min

Cooking time: 30 min

Ingredients for 4 portions:

3 golden potatoes; 2-3 sweet potatoes; 3 spring rosemary, finely chopped; 3 crushed garlic cloves;1/4 tablespoon of salt;1/4 tablespoon pepper.

Directions:

Preheat oven at 200*C. Wash and peal your potatoes. Chop them into wedges.

Put them into a bowl with the garlic, Rosemary, salt, pepper and mix with hands. For a less messy method, you can use large freezer bag , place all inside. Line a backing paper in a tray and spread the potatoes out.

Put it in the preheated oven to bake for 30 minutes.
